Revisit the 1970s when Harvey Wallbangers were a popular cocktail! These cupcakes are moist and bursting with orange flavor (from real orange juice) with a hint of vodka and Galliano (an Italian liqueur that offers vanilla and anise flavors)! Like the bundt cake recipe (also popular in the 1970s), I add a glaze to the top of the cupcakes before finishing with a delightful cream cheese frosting. The glaze and cream cheese frosting contain a trace of alcohol! I made these as a special order for a retirement party, and many said these were the BEST cupcakes they’ve ever tasted!
